On September 10^th, the final night of NHAT16 took place and left a great impression on all Amsers. The prizes have been presented to 12 majors for their valuable efforts on the whole way of NHAT16. In the Talent Contest, all of the majors brought out their best performances. With a meaningful story and glamourous outfits, the Geography won the title of the Best Performance of the night.

Besides outstanding camps and videos to express each major's identity, the Talent Contest is the most anticipated part of the finale. The Amsers all showed great originality, devotion and most important of all, talent, in their performances. While the Literature and Chinese focused on the virtues of Vietnamese women, the Biology sent an  alarming message about the environment that we are both depending on and destroying. The IT, Chemistry and Maths had very different stories to tell about unity and friendship in school life, while the America - Vietnam war made the theme of the Georaphy. Inspired by numerous ever-lasting stories about brave women in the war, the Geography highlighted the sacrifice that those women made, including parting with their loved ones and their youth. The Geo's performance was such a beautiful harmony with persistence, bravery and patriotism as a loud and clear, in combination with the bass as nostalgia and regret. By means of graceful dance moves and magnificent stage effects, the Geo left the whole audience in great awe.

The incredible performance of the Geography

The other 11 majors also made their one-of-a-kind contribution to the finale.

The opening role was given to the Biology, as they told the tragic yet romantic story between nature and human, via which the message of saving the environment was successfully conveyed.

The Maths, on the other hand, had their very own story about ups and downs in relationships, just like the notes in a song.

The Chinese emphasized on the unrecognized traits of women in the old society, such as their limitless sacrifice and love for their family.

The Literature not only took specific examples of women soldiers in the war but also talked about the undeniable role of women in the modern world.

On the background of a European city during the Renaissance, the pretty dolls from the History represented the victims of gender inequality and sex stereotype. They hoped that those with the same situation would never give in to the challenges and prejudice that they were confronted with, and encouraged them to break free from the ties imposed by the society.

For the French, art makes everything possible and narrows every gap. Their performance was a picture of contrast and differences within one community, which were all then erased when everyone eventually realised the significance of unity and acceptance.

The Chem brought intensity, madness, and best of all, lots of fun on stage. Those diverse feelings made the colourful image of the major as a whole, just as the various and glamourous chemical reactions.

The IT department told the story about a high school girl on the way to find her true self. It took her quite some mistakes to finally come to the realization that the inner beauty is what matters.

Based on the phenomenal tale of Beauty and the Beast, the English's evil black queen was in love with the kind-hearted queen. However, the gap in their personalities seemed to wide to be healed by love.

The toy story version of the Russian was upgraded to become more of a Broadway musical.

The promised land of the Physics was defined as a place where all 12 majors with different personalities could live in harmony, and form an unbreakable bond to make a diverse yet united community.

The Geo made incredibe efforts to take the title of Best Performance home. Besides that, the Best Video prize went to the Physics, the Best Camp was the French's. The runner up of the race was the IT department, and the Literature became the Most Wanted Class. Hopefully, NHAT16 finale had left a loud and indelible clarion in every Amser.
