On March 18, 2018, more than 20 members of Hanoi Food Rescue organization had achieved the mission of bringing a belated Tet to the children of Cat Cat village (San Sa Ho commune, Sa Pa district, Lao Cai province) through the annual event of Tet Donation. More than just normal volunteer work, the trip was one of love and sharing – the sympathy of our young people with disadvantaged and underprivileged children.
On March 7th, 2018, with the school board’s facilitation, the teachers and students of class 10 Geography and 10 Physics 2, together with their parents, held a charity event at Hoa Binh Children’s Village and Rehabilitation Center, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi. This is a very meaningful activity for the two classes in general and each student in particular. At the center, interactive activities such as playing games and singing were organized with the desire to bring joy to the children with birth defects and children of Agent Orange.
In the atmosphere of the 63rd anniversary of the Vietnamese Doctor's Day (27/2/1955 - 27/2/2018), on the afternoon of February 26, 1818, the teachers in the School Board, School Union, Specialization teachers and students of Hanoi – Amsterdam High school for the Gifted visited and delivered gifts to patients of 3 hospitals: Military Hospital 108, Vietnam - Cuba Hospital and Military Hospital 354.
At two p.m on March 3 at the 200-seat hall, the sixth-graders of Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted had the opportunity to experience a very exciting life-skills session organized by the program Essence Process.
