An Olympia champion, a chess grandmaster who beat 7 other grandmasters and a student with a perfect score at the 2022 IMO were only some of the many youngsters with impressive achievements last year.
At the 2022 International Math and Science Olympiad, Vietnam’s delegates have excellently won 19 medals, including 3 Gold medals.

On the morning of November 16th, 2022, at the Hall 700, in a formal yet joyful atmosphere, Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted successfully held a celebration to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day on November 20th, leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of teachers and students of the school.
On November 14th, the Monday flag ceremony of November took place at the courtyard of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School to the participation of all students in the school. In the meeting earlier this week, the school awarded prizes to students winning First Prizes in the 12th grade City-level Olympiad. The 2022-2023 Executive Board of the School Union was also officially launched in front of the whole school, made up of bright students leading a promising upcoming term. Finally, there were musical performances by the students to celebrate the week’s event - Vietnamese Teachers' Day 20/11.
