From the 3rd to 10th of December, the 13th International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) took place in Bali (Indonesia). With outstanding performance, Viet Nam’s IJSO team claimed 2 Gold medals, 2 Silver medals and 2 Bronze medals.
On December 3rd, 2016, the final round of "The Beauty of Trang An" contest - Radiant Night took place at Hanoi Student Culture House. The participation of all 15 contestants from 9 different high schools in Ha Noi undoubtedly made a profound impression on the audience.
‘Intriguing’, ‘exhilarating’, ‘exceptional’ and ‘worthwhile’ were only a few among many positive feedbacks given by Amsers and the audience at the 200-seat conference hall about the 11/26 Mock Trial.
In the morning of December 19, 2016, news of Vietnam’s Astrophysics Team’s good results was reported from India- the origin of the civilization of ancient Indus basin. Although this is the first year Vietnam has had the honour to participate in the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA), the team members’ great efforts and their teachers’s tremendous support paid off with the very first medals after 10 days of the competition, foreseeing a promising future for greater achievements.
In the morning of October 13th, the school committee and representatives of Physical Education Section of Cau Giay Department of Education and Training as well as hundreds of Amsers gathered at Amsterdam Arena gymnasium to attend the opening ceremony of the traditional Hanoi – Amsterdam basketball tournament and to watch the opening match between two teams: 99+ and Reaper.

After 8 unforgettable seasons, Ams’ Got Talent has now approached the 9th mark with unique and successful performances at the Preliminary Round taking place on 12-13/11 at the 700-seat hall at Hanoi-Amsterdam High School.
Organized by the Amsers, “AMSERS’ DOCTORS TAKING CARE OF TEACHERS’ HEALTH” Program on November 12th really conveyed the students’ message of love and appreciation towards the teacher through practical actions.
