The opening of NHAT’22’s pre-events was marked by the Flag Dropping Day. The Double Degree Faction had shown their burning spirit and determination from the very first days when chanting the Faction's unique slogan: “Song bang san bang” (Double Degree flattens all). In the “Volunteer Day”, the students were all enthusiastic and exerted themselves for the first scores in their journey.

Following Volunteer Day was the Dance Festival - Fairy via Lens, where each Faction showed their unique personalities and conveyed meaningful messages. On the music of “Ghost Town” by Neoni and Layto, the Double Degree Faction led everyone into a parallel world, where the mystery of another ego was waiting to be unveiled. Their effort and diligence, along with powerful and uniform dance steps, in tune with the profound message about people’s aspirations and dreams had won the Double Degree Faction their First Prize in the Dance Festival.

Sports Day was held in an explosive atmosphere on the Ams Arena football field. Right from the group stage, the Double Degree Faction's exceptional teamwork and ingenuity helped them win a ticket to the Semi-Finals. After extremely tense matches, the Double Degree Faction won the runner-up position with their enthusiasm and team spirit. Simultaneously, the Faction claimed First Prize in the Five-fruit tray and flowers arrangement contest.

To achieve such impressive results at the pre-events, the Faction must have spent a lot of time and dedication preparing and delivering the most spectacular and eye-catching performances. Let’s look back at some of their unforgettable but equally challenging moments!

In addition, there were two Ambassadors from the Double Degree Faction with a wealth of both academic and extra-curricular activities participating in the top 10 Ams Ambassadors this year. Vu Nguyen Huyen Anh from 11 Cambridge got 8.0 in IELTS and is currently the Head of Media in Glee Ams, a member of LaMode’s Model Department, a member of the G’LAMS 2021-2022’ Finance Department, advisor of IGCSE subjects, etc. Bui Minh Phuong from 12 Oxford achieved AAA AS Level (in the top 5% of the world's highest Psychology scores, top 6% of the world’s highest Math scores and top 15% of the world’s highest Business scores), a Silver Prize at the International Youth Business Competition, Third Prize at the Vietnam’s High School Business Case Competition, etc. With remarkable achievements, the two representatives of the Double Degree Faction further fortified their compelling victory.

And after months of preparation, the Double Degree Faction presented a bombastic performance on the final night of NHAT’22. With graceful movements and a meticulous training process, the performance of the Faction told an insightful story about our school youth, mixed with a call back to our plethora of experiences and memories as teens, bringing the viewer through a roller coaster of emotions.

Thus, with outstanding achievements and an unrivaled spirit since the very first days of NHAT’22, the Double Degree Faction won the title of Most Wanted Faction this year. The path to attaining this glory must have been a journey filled with special emotions, and it was indeed built from joy, sweat and tears. Nonetheless, the Amsers from Double Degree Faction overcame all these difficulties and raised high the flag of their victory with the slogan “Song Bang san bang”. Double Degree Faction has really “san bang” (flattened) all their competitors and left beautiful memories in everyone’s hearts.
