After the last flag ceremony of the school year, ms. Duong Tu Anh, the school's vice principal, on behalf of the Education Council of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, read the school year summary report with a long log of achievements in pedagogics, expertise, conducting exams and extra-curricular activities. In the last school year of 2022 - 2023, Hanoi - Amsterdam High School has 100 prizes in the National Olympiad with 11 first prizes. In particular, Le Ha My from Biology 12 was the only student in Hanoi selected to join the International Biology Olympiad team in 2023. For middle school grades, there were 118 district-level prizes and 105 city-level prizes in the 9th grade; The 2023 Junior High School Informatics Contest had 1 first prize and 2 second prizes.

At the same time, the school's Youth Union also achieved many accomplishments, notably the Certificate of Merit for the Youth Union owing to its outstanding achievements in Union work and youth engagement. In the school year 2022 - 2023, six students were admitted to the Communist Party: Nguyen Mai Trang (12 Chemistry 2), Le Thi Thu Ngan (Secretary of 12 Geography), Chu Hoa Bao Tram (Youth Union Deputy Secretary), Nguyen Phuong Dung (Deputy Secretary of 12 History), Nguyen Hoang Dam Thuyen (12 Math 1’s President), and Quan Thien Hung (12 Geography).
