Admission ceremony of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for 9th grade students
On the morning of 18/05, at Hall 200, the Admission Ceremony of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for bright 9th grade students of Hanoi - Amsterdam Specialized High School took place successfully. The Admission Ceremony was organized with the purpose of educating students about patriotic traditions, revolutionary ideals, and socialist ideals among student members, contributing to helping the Union's organization grow stronger, extending political forces to increase the scale of the organization and constantly improving the quality of the Union's activities.
Attending the admission ceremony were Ms. Duong Tu Anh - Party Member, Vice Principal of the school, Ms. Phan Hong Anh - Secretary of the School Union, Mr. Cao Van Dung - General Manager of the Team, the head teachers of grade 9 classes, and the union members in the Executive Committee of the school delegation, the Executive Committee of the Open School, along with excellent faces of grade 9.
At the beginning of the ceremony, in front of the image of the red and yellow star flag, the whole hall solemnly performed the flag ceremony and sang the melody of the Anthem of the Nation and of the Union.

After the flag ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dieu Linh - a student of 9D read the application on behalf of all 9th grade students, expressed their belief and approval of the delegation's charter, and showed her commitment to the delegation.
The Executive Committee of the School Delegation, with the permission of the Party Committee of the School and Delegations from higher levels, agreed to admit 118 bright 9th grade students into the ranks of the Union. Following the program, Ms. Phan Hong Anh - Secretary of the School Union read the announcement of the delegation in front of the whole hall.

In the solemn atmosphere, bright 9th grade students of Hanoi - Amsterdam Specialized High School received Union badges. On the stage, Ms. Duong Tu Anh - Vice Principal of the school and Mr. Cao Van Dung - General Manager of the team presented the Union badges to the new Union members of grade 9.

At the ceremony, Ms. Duong Tu Anh also congratulated and sent her love to the new Union members. At the end of her speech, she said “Lên đường không bao giờ nhỏ bé được nghe con” (Never be small when you’re out there), a line from the poem “Nói với con” (A word to my son) by Y Phương as a message and encouragement to the excellent students of grade 9 who are preparing to enter the high school entrance exam - an extremely stressful and important period.

On behalf of the 118 newly admitted members, Trương Diệu Anh - a student from class 9A made a speech expressing her happiness and pride when she was officially a Union member. At the end of the ceremony, the whole school sang together the soulful National Anthem and Union Anthem.
