People from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted greatly oppose with aggressive, provocative actions, and infringement of sovereignty from China, and we demand China to pull their rig and its escort force out of Vietnam’s areas, and not pursue similar actions in the future.
In the last month of the year, Hanoi – Amsterdam gifted high school filled with the joy of college application results from US Universities of 12th graders. Many world-renowned universities chose Amsers and Princeton University chose Nguyen Danh Tin.

Over these past few years, a lot of new faces - specifically foreign artists who have passion for Vietnamese music – have appeared on online music sites. What all these men share is their appreciation for Trinh Cong Son’s music. And one of them is Lee Kirby, who became popular for his cover of “Diem xua” and “Cat bui”. On December 14th, Vietnamese team participating in the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO) returned to Hanoi with an outstanding result: 1 gold medalist and 5 silver ones. On that note, Hanoi Ministry and Department of Education & Training (MOET & DOET) hosted a welcome ceremony for the team at Noi Bai airport.

Others receiving silver medals are: Dao Vu Quan, Tran Nhat Quang, Pham Quang Hieu from Hanoi – Amsterdam high school, Khuat Duy Hong from Son Tay high school and Le Ba Truong Giang from Nguyen Hue high school.
