On Sunday afternoon (9/11), one week after the start of the new schoolyear, a delegation of teachers and 10th graders of Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, led by Mrs. Dinh Le Thien Nga, paid a visit to the young patients in the Cancer Department of the National Hospital of Pediatrics in Hanoi.
As you all know, the most brilliant 11th graders of Hanoi-Amsterdam are going to attend the Ringing The Golden Bell Competition – a big game show for colleges and high schools. Our opponent this time is HSGS High School For Gifted Students – a fair one. So let’s see how Amsers are preparing for this competition!
On 9 – 3 – 2012, the opening ceremony of Vietnam-Australian School OPEN, a football tournament including 4 teams: VAS High School, Foreign Language Specialized School, Nguyen Tat Thanh High School and Hà Nội – Amsterdam High School For The Gifted Students was hosted. After this brief ceremony, there came the first match between the host team, VAS and Nguyễn Tất Thành Team. With extreme superiority in all aspects, Nguyễn Tất Thành Team easily hammered VAS 5 – 1.
