With today’s modernization trends, STEM is an indispensable tool for accessibility to large and auspicious fields of science and technology in the future. Understanding this need, GART Tour 2023 was orchestrated. In particular, the GART66520 club has carried out “tours”, teaching technical know-how and challenging children with programming, experimenting, and robot monitoring under their guidance and supervision. As a result, the event left memorable lessons and experiences, as well as connecting and motivating the students.

This GART Tour has stopped at 3 “stations”: Cao Ba Quat Secondary School, Mai Dich Secondary School, and Cau Giay Secondary School, with the promise of bringing more surprises and excitement to the next “stations”. With the desire to provide the most well-rounded experience to the participants, the members of the Organizing Committee had put their shoulders to the wheel, spending a lot of time and effort on preparing props and contriving for the program. For a better understanding of this elaborate process of staging and preparation, Bui Thu Thao — Head of the GART66520 Club’s Organizing Committee — shared: “During the preparation process, we sometimes encountered difficulties upon contacting and negotiating with schools and support units. In addition, the content must be modified to be age-friendly and in accordance with the actual teaching tools. However, that is our motivation to learn from experience and try to better ourselves on each trip. At the same time, it is an opportunity to bond and create many unforgettable memories together.”

Besides, this rare opportunity also left the members with rich experiences and beautiful, remarkable impressions. During the event, Bui Thu Thao — as the leader with great responsibility on her shoulders — must have gone through many ups and downs in the event. Regarding her joy and favorite moments, she expressed: “My favorite moments were all when I observed and supported the teaching members on the GART Tour. They all had different but equally inspirational ways of teaching, creating a bubble of excitement and fun for each meeting, even in the sluggish early afternoons. Occasionally, in times of practice and instruction, there were unexpected arisings, but they were handled flawlessly. What’s more, the students we met were all very talented and lovely. I would like to give my special gratitude to the schools and centers that have given us the chance to become real instructors.”
