The Congress was proud to have Mrs. Le Thi Thuy – a Standing Committee member, head of department of propaganda and training, head monitor of the Congress; Mrs. Le Thi Tu, a Standing Committee member; together with other members of Cau Giay district’s board of directors: Ms Pham Ngoc Anh, head of Education department; Mr Dinh Minh Tao, head of The Supreme People’s Procuracy; Mrs Tran Anh Duong, district’s party secretary; Mr Vu Van Hoat, vice head of district’s department of propaganda and training; Mrs Dang Thi To Phuong from the district’s office. Joining the Congress, there was Mrs Le Thi Oanh, former Communist Party’s secretary from 2015 – 2020, former principal of the school.

During the opening speech of the Congress, Mr Nguyen Dinh Vinh – Communist Party vice secretary of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, vice principal of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted said: According to Decision no.35 25/7/2019 of Political Bureau, Plan no.116 24/9/2014 of Cau Giay District about the organization of the Congress of Communist Party, on the way to the 6th Congress of Cau Giay’s Communist Party, HN – Amsterdam’s Party had followed Plan no. 36 KH/DU- HNA 09/11/2019 about organizing minor Congresses, on the way to HN – Amsterdam High School’s 6th Congress of Communist Party 2015 – 2020. On 15/01/2020, 100% groups of HN – Ams Communist Party had successfully organized Congresses. With high responsibility, spirit and contribution, members of the Party had contributed many invaluable points to the report. Secretary of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted had seriously considered and improved suggestions for the Congress. Specially, all members of the Communist Party had enthusiastically progressed, gaining many achievements in teaching and learning to welcome big events in the year, looking forward to The 13th Congress of Vietnamese Communist Party, the 6th Congress of Cau Giay district’s Communist Party, Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted’s 6th Congress of Communist Party.

Mr Nguyen Dinh Vinh emphasized that each representative had to increase their responsibility, contributing more to the success of the Congress, so that it would truly “enhance democracy, increase unity, maintain discipline, actively and creatively develop a strong Communist Party”. The Congress had discussed, giving ideas on documents of 13th National Congress of Cau Giay district’s Communist Party, voting on the important parts of the Political report, self – report of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted’s Communist Party. Apart from acknowledging gained achievements from 2015 – 2020, the Congress had agreed on directions, responsibilities and worked on a plan for decisions of Hanoi – Amsterdam High school for the Gifted’s 6th Congress of Communist Party 2020 – 2025.

In that, Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted had actively participated and suggested directions in order to develop Hanoi – Amsterdam High School, with a view to enhancing the power of unity, finishing assigned political responsibilities, so as to deserve the title: “Leading department in modern time”, 2nd Independence Medal. The school’s Communist Party would continue to maintain the title “ Exemplary Communist Party”, trying to become “the exemplary unit in Vietnam in terms of renovating education and training”, being able to receive “1st Independence Medal”. Every year, 100% Communist Party members were evaluated excellent, finishing all given tasks; 3 – 5 members were accepted annually. The Congress had also listened to two discussions on: The development of teachers to carry the political responsibility of training National and International excellent students; and the roles of Communist Party members in the renovation of education and the changing of textbooks.

On speaking at the Congress, Mrs Le Thi Thuy – a Standing Committee member, head of district’s department of propaganda and training, had congratulated on Hanoi – Amsterdam High School’s Communist Party for gained achievements through many years. From 2020 – 2025, Mrs Le Thi Thuy wanted the new Executive Committee to continue changing, giving new practical solutions to successfully finish proposed plans and goals, deserving to be one of the most highly-rated education unit throughout the country.

The Congress had successfully voted and chosen the 6th generation of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School’s Executive Committee, including 4 members. The Executive Committee had organized the first meeting and chose Ms Bui Anh Duong as the vice secretary of the school’s Communist Party. The position of head secretary was not decided.

With a view to increase unity, knowledge and renovation in the Communist Party, enhancing all possibilities to develop Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, all teachers and members of the school will continue maintaining traditions, as well as staying united, creative, giving solutions for existing problems and improving teaching and learning quality; finishing proposed goals and missions of Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted’s Communist Party Congress.
