After saluting the flag and singing the national anthem, the ceremony started with a speech from teacher Bui Van Phuc - Vice Principal - sending best wishes for health and happiness to all female teachers, staff, as well as wishes for beauty and good achievements to students on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day. Besides, the school and Parents union also had beautiful bouquets to celebrate this meaningful event. 

Teacher Le Thi Oanh -  Party Committee Secretary, Principal of the school - received flowers of congratulation.

Teacher Le Thi Ngoc Ha - Head of Chemistry department and Nguyen Phan Thuy Duong - member of Executive Board came to receive flowers of congratulation from Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Head of Parent Representative of the school.

The following part of the event was a speech of gratitude to the 2018 - 2019 Executive Board, the Steering Committee for having successfully completed the assigned tasks. Representatives of the Union Executive Board, including teacher Nguyen Quang Anh - General Manager, teacher Truong Nam Phuong - Secretary of the Union; Nguyen Hong Hanh - member of Executive Board of the school and Do Hoang Quoc Bao - Team Leader also attended the flag ceremony.

Representatives of the 2018 - 2019 Executive Board, the Steering Committee received bouquets of gratitude from the students of the school.

The ceremony closed to an end with the introduction of the new School Executive Board and the new Coalition Steering Committee. Prior, on October 9, the School Delegation Congress and the Students’ Association Congress had been successfully held. During this term, teacher Phan Hong Anh is the Secretary of the School union. The Deputy Secretary of the School union are teacher Nguyen Van Dinh and Nguyen Tien Dung (11 Physics 1). The School Union is also comprised of 10 members including Nguyen Linh Dan, Nguyen Tran Bao Khanh, Luong Thi Xuan Mai (11 English 2); Nguyen Phuong Ly (11 History); Nguyen Phan Thuy Duong (11 Literature); Phan Yen Nhi, Le Khanh Phuong Uyen (11 Chinese-English); Luong Ngoc Diep (11 Physics 1); Phung Le Huy (11 Physics 2); Vu Trong Duc (11 Math 1) 

The Steering Committee consists of five members, Pham Ngoc Gia Phong (9A Students’ Association - Captain); Nguyen Mai Hong Anh (9D Students’ Association - Coalition) and 3 Commissioners Nguyen Hoang Dam Thuyen (9A Students’ Association); Pham Vu Quy (8C Students’ Association); Nguyen Xuan Mai (Manchester Students’ Association).

During this school year, teachers also participated in the Youth Union work. Teacher Cao Van Dung holds the position of General Manager. Ms. Le Thi Hong Hanh holds the position of Deputy General Manager. Teacher Pham Ngoc Lan is the Secretary of the Teachers' Union. Co-Deputy Secretary of the Teachers' Union are teachers Nguyen Van Quang and teacher Dang Huyen Trang.

The term 2019 - 2020 Executive Board and the Steering Committee 

The flag ceremony ended successfully with the best wishes to the girls of the school and the opening ceremony of the School Executive Committee, the Steering Committee of the 2019-2020 term.
