[NHAT' 21] Ngay Hoi Tuong Tac – Online preliminary event to connect the specializations
During the final week of June (June 21st – June 27th), the preliminary event Ngay Hoi Tuong Tac (Interactive Day) occurred on the online platforms from the Organizers of Ngay Hoi Anh Tai 2021. In the midst of the social distancing period, especially during a hot summer, the online event has successfully connected Amsers, as well as receiving widespread support from all students.
Ngay Hoi Tuong Tac (Interactive Day) is the first online preliminary event in the series of Ngay Hoi Anh Tai 2021’s preliminary events, marking a unique comeback with an online platform for students during the stay-at-home period. Throughout 5 days of activities with challenges and experiences based on the themes of past NHATs, this was the opportunity to awaken Amsers’ excitement and also tighten the bond among the specializations.
Opening the 5-day event was the pop quiz about Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted as well as Ngay Hoi Anh Tai seasons. With the theme “Your Ams’ Portulan”, 13 specializations excellently conquered their own Hai Do core with 20 questions to bring exceptional scores and enter the subsequent challenges.
During the 2nd day called “Shine The Adamas”, Amsers had the opportunity to transform into sparkling crystals when putting on their specialization’s idiosyncratic colors. Through sharing their photos on social media, students showed not only their individual styles and characters, but also the passionate community spirit.
Moving to the 3rd day, the specializations pulled out all the stops for popular songs and dances on TikTok. “1 Minute Clarion” was the time to immerse in the lively rhythms and melodies; Amsers got to enjoy every moment of their youths completely.
Perhaps the 4th day would be an unforgettable memory as Amsers participated in the designing process of each specialization’s own art piece for the activity “Show Off Your Palette”. Crafty, meticulous, creative, each painting is a story, a shade of color celebrating the beauty of individuality. Moreover, the pieces of the 4th day have brought an extraordinary reach with thousands of shares, comments and reactions on the fanpage of 2021 Ngay Hoi Anh Tai.
To end the series of activities, the 5th day – “Carve The Acroliths” – was an opportunity to display the uniqueness and solidarity of the specializations through the memorable films and photos that were posted on Instagram. 13 photos, videos with 13 messages, 13 meanings, 13 ways of getting the message across; all are puzzle pieces making up the picture of a collective of Amsers that are talented, diverse and full of the “Anh Tai” energy.
After 5 days of exuberant activities, the specializations have had the time of their lives together, fueling their solidarity and team spirit despite the long days of not seeing each other. Through their efforts, the victorious specialization of Ngay Hoi Tuong Tac was the Literature specialization.
The online preliminary event Ngay Hoi Tuong Tac has been successfully held. Once more, congratulations to the Literature specialization and we hope 13 specializations will keep up this spirit to create an extraordinary Anh Tai season.
