Ngay Hoi Anh Tai  - NHAT is an annual series of events organized by students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, including multiple events and the Final Night, where talented classes and incredible Amsers will compete to achieve the highest title - Most Wanted Class and the prestigious Ams Ambassador title. This year, NHAT'21 has returned with a unique, new theme: "Euthalia" is a tribute to the journey of exploring and expressing the unique colors of each individual as well as 13 classes.

Starting the finale was the introduction of the delegates, the teachers from the school, along with the sponsors who had always  enthusiastically accompanied and supported the event. The teachers in the Jury committee - who had the important responsibilities of choosing the class that would win the highest title of the night - were also revealed to the Amsers with excitement.

The competition night is divided into two interwoven parts: the Talented Show and Ambassador Ams. The Talent Show is an indispensable highlight in every NHAT season. After many days of hard work, all 13 specialized classes brought spectacular and elaborate performances with profound and meaningful messages. Each performance only lasted 7 minutes, but fully demonstrated the burning spirit and talent of each specialized class.

The Talent Show for the class ended with the final victory belonging to the History Class. The Amsers of the History Class excellently captured the attention of the audience and the judges when they successfully recreated Vietnamese folk art through each historical milestone. Through the performance, they were able to convey a meaningful message: Preserve Vietnamese national cultural identity. With extreme investment in the choreography and the music, the History Class was deserving of the title the Most Special Performance.

In addition to the Talent Show, the Ams Ambassador final, voting for the brightest face to become the Ams Ambassador, also attracted everyone's attention. Top 10 potential faces participating in the final night include: Nguyen Hoang My Linh (11Geography), Bui Meucci Giorgio (12 French 2), Tran Ngoc My Uyen (12 Cambridge), Do Phuong Khanh (11 English 2) , Nguyen Dinh Phong (11 Physics 2), Tuong Ngan Ha (11 Math 2), Phung Khanh Huyen (12 Literature), Do Thanh Long (12 History), Ngo Tran Hieu Minh (11 Cambridge), Nguyen Phuc Anh (11 Russian) ). 10 candidates had to go through three rounds of competition: Traditional Dress, Masquerade Dress and top 3 Beauty with a Purpose. The team of judges, including seasoned teachers with many years of experience in Ngay Hoi Anh Tai’s evaluation, scored and gave their most fair comments for each candidate.

In the Traditional Dress round, the top 10 ambassadors were able to show the beauty of the Ao Dai in gentle and elegant gestures.

The final Top 3 Ams Ambassadors: Do Phuong Khanh, Bui Meucci Giorgio, Nguyen Hoang My Linh were named in the enthusiastic cheers of their Specialized Clocks. They entered the deciding round:Beauty with a Purpose. Faced with challenging questions from the judges, the top 3 ambassadors did not disappoint they calmly gave their most convincing answers.

Every ambassador had shown their best effort and everyone deserves the highest honor. However, according to the program's rules, there is only one official face to become The Ams Ambassador. This prestigious title belongs to Do Phuong Khanh from the English Class. There are additional prizes: Talented Ambassador Do Thanh Long, Friendly Ambassador Phung Khanh Huyen, Education Ambassador Nguyen Dinh Phong, Style Ambassador Nguyen Phuc Anh, Favorite Ambassador Nguyen Hoang My Linh.

The atmosphere of the final night became more exciting than ever with the participation of famous guests: the Chillies Band and singer Tien Tien. The Chillies brought to the NHAT'21 stage their most famous songs such as “And that’s it”, “Mascara”,... making everyone dance to the vibrant tunes. Although appearing at the end of the event, Tien Tien's performance with the songs "My everything'', “Because I'm alive" and "Say you Do" once again stirred up the whole school. The participants of the guests contributed to a successful and explosive NHAT finale.

The Computer Science Class excellently won the award for the Most Beautiful Camp with an impressive design. The final part of the NHAT'21 Final is also the moment when all Amser anxiously waited to see which class will officially achieve the highest position of the Most Wanted Class. With the leading performance from the previous events and the perfect performance in the Finals, the Geography Class had officially owned the champion trophy of this year's NHAT. The joy broke out within all the Amsers of the Geography Class, because after a period of dedicated preparation and hard practice, they finally succeeded, chanting their slogan as the official winner. The History Class had become the runner-up of the Most Wanted Class title, with a close score behind.

Another burning NHAT season has passed, leaving each Amser with many mixed emotions, including pride and joy but also regrets and disappointments. After all, NHAT'21 has fulfilled its mission of bringing an explosive and memorable festival to Amser, helping to raise the spirit of the Classes and unite 13 distinct "choruses" into one united, loving community. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Organizing Committee of the Ngay Hoi Anh Tai 2021, the enthusiastic support of teachers, parents, students and all Amsers who have worked day and night to bring a successful NHAT’ 21.
