MEET THE CITY TEAM FOR THE NATIONAL CONTEST 2019-2020
At 7:45 am on December 14, 2019, at the Hanoi-Amsterdam High School’s Auditorium 200, the meeting of the team for the National Contest for the academic year 2019-2020 took place in a solemn and inspiring atmosphere.
After nearly 2 months of reviewing and supplementing knowledge, with only 2 weeks remaining, 112 students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted will officially step into the tough and challenging National Contest. In order to provide advice about the exam as well as raise morale of the scholars, the school administrators organized a meaningful meeting.
Opening the meeting, PhD. Le Thi Oanh - Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of the school has sent a message to the students in the team on behalf of the School Board. She affirmed the responsibilities and goals of students taking the National Contest, as well as praised and thanked the team advisors and students for their continuous efforts throughout this time. Her heartfelt and loving words were akin to a fire strengthening Amsers to do their best in the upcoming contest.

Shortly afterwards, Nguyen Hai Thuy Linh, a 12th grade student of the Biology team, on behalf of 112 Amsers, thanked the parents, teachers and the school administrators for providing the best learning environments for students, and promised to try their utmost to achieve high results in the exam, continuing the glorious past achievements of the school.

Continuing the meeting, the school has shown special interest and encouragement by giving students small presents as to cheer and encourage their spirits before the upcoming challenging National Contest. Here are some pictures of the teams:

The meeting instilled great motivation in students so that they can firmly enter the approaching National Contest.
