Le Duy Bach – Coming out on top of the Mount Olympia from 12 Chemistry 1
This “earnest guy” of 12 Chemistry 1 has outstandingly achieved the first place of both the Weekly and the Monthly contest of “The road to Mount Olympia”, bringing untold pride and joy to his teachers and classmates at Hanoi – Amsterdam High School for the Gifted!
The scholarly yet attractive look of this young talent
Both the Weekly and the Monthly round of “The road to Mount Olympia” were filled with intensity as Bach’s competitors were all intelligent students, possessing in-depth and comprehensive knowledge. Yet with his burning passion to win, extraordinarily stable performance and a stroke of luck, Bach was able to defeat his opponents with the scores of 285 and 215 respectively, with 285 points being quite a record in the history of the contest.
In addition to his inspiring performances in Olympia, Duy Bach’s performance in class is also very impressive as he prevails in many subjects especially Chemistry. In the City competition for Gifted students, Bach won the first prize with a score of 18.5, the highest among students of Hanoi – Ams in terms of Chemistry this year.
On being asked about Duy Bach, his classmate - Vu Khoa shared: “To us, Bach is an extremely intense person when it comes to studying. But besides that, he is also an adorable guy, always willing to lend a hand when we’re in need. Our class loves Bach very much!”
In the near future, Duy Bach will go on to materialize his dream in the Seasonal contest. Let’s wish Bach good luck and look forward to another spectacular performance from him!
