Today (10/12) Mr Eberhard van der Laan, Mayor of Amsterdam, led a business delegation visited Hanoi - Amsterdam high school for the Gifted during his trip to Hanoi. His visit was aimed to highlight the  two cities’ engagement in deeper cooperation in various fields including education. Mayor Van der Laan met teachers and young students on the heritage of Anne Frank’s war diary, related the message of peace to the story of Vietnamese heroic martyr – doctor Dang Thuy Tram. He also expressed his pride  that Amsterdam was involved in establishing this school - one of the most prestigious schools in Vietnam.
