Amser's wonderful achievements at Cau Giay District's Talented Youth Clubs Festival

In the joyful atmosphere of Christmas, on the evening of December 24, at Cau Giay’s Cultural - Information and Sports Center, the ‘Youth Meetup Program - Cau Giay District’s Talented Youth Clubs Festival’ was held, as well as the Award Ceremony for the “3 Learning’s", "5 Good’s" campaign during the 2019-2020 school year. Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted entered 2 performances and brilliantly brought home 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, receiving high praises from the audience as well as the judges.

Cau Giay District’s Talented Youth Clubs Festival 2019 is an event organized by Cau Giay District’s Board of Directors in order to create a stimulating environment for Youth Union members and students to improve their health, all the while showing their skills, spirit, styles and ambition; putting on performances that would help spot and nurture young talents. With its unique and promising performances, the festival attracted nearly 400 Youth Union members from various colleges and high schools throughout Cau Giay district.

To start it off, the host congratulated and awarded 10 Union members for their exceptional performances in the "3 Learning’s”, “5 Good’s” campaign. The award is a great encouragement for the Youth Union members of Cau Giay District to continue training and working hard in their studies and extracurricular activities in the following school years.

Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted brought to the festival two performances: The traditional musical instrument ensemble "Going farming - Banyan tree piece" by the club named Cam Ca, and Cheer Ams' cheerleading dance "Level Up". Through the competition, the Amsers expressed their love and appreciation for Vietnam’s traditions, and at the same time expressed the aspiration of young people wanting to devote and contribute to the new era.

In the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 first prizes, 6 second prizes, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes. Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted was honored to receive 1 First Prize thanks to Cheer Ams's performance ‘Level Up’, and 1 Second Prize with the help of the traditional musical instruments ensemble by Cam Ca.

The performances of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School's students had left a strong impression on the viewers. On behalf of the website's editorial board, I would like to thank the Amsers for having invested so much time and effort in order to bring us such dedicated performances. In the following school years, it is hoped that the Amsers will continue to make their marks in the art field to continue the tradition of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted.
