PARTICIPATING IN VIETNAM AO DAI WEEK 2022 WITH AMSERS
Ao Dai Week 2022, organized by the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union, took place nationwide from 1/3/2022 to 8/3/2022. The Week belongs to a collection of activities celebrating the 13th National Congress of Women's Deputies, 2022-2027. Ao Dai Week 2022 aims to honor the campaign "Ao Dai - Vietnamese Cultural Heritage" in 2020, and to carry on its mission of preserving and promoting Vietnamese cultural heritage in our community in general and in today's young generation in particular. Immersed in the exciting atmosphere of the country, Amsers also responded positively to the Ao Dai Week, spreading the beauty and historical values of the Vietnamese Ao Dai.

For a long time, the image of Ao Dai has been imprinted in the minds of Vietnamese people as charming, discreet but also poetic and pure. Even with many ups and downs of history, the values of the Ao Dai are still increasingly highlighted. Ao Dai signifies the beauty of Vietnamese women: the white shirt fluttering on the schoolyard of the innocent age and the silhouette of the innovative Ao Dai with various designs and colors. These beautiful pieces of clothings have always left us amazed.

Participating in Ao Dai Week is one of the most practical activities to honor and spread the beauty and value of Ao Dai in modern life, promoting the responsibility to preserve traditional cultural heritage. At the same time, this Week is also a joyful and exciting experience, spreading the image of Ao Dai, imbued with Vietnamese identity and culture, among young people.

The epidemic situation is becoming more stressful, however, it doesn’t seem to stop the enthusiastic spirit of the female students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted in responding to the Week. Propaganda of this week's activities on the mass media and social media channels was being promoted in the context of the current Covid-19 epidemic. Surfing on social network sites, it is not difficult to come across charming images of Vietnamese women and girls in graceful ao dai. That is how we inherit the quintessence of traditional values, at the same time carry out the mission of promoting and spreading those values in the community.

Vietnam Ao Dai Week 2022 was filled with photos of charming Ao Dai from all over the country, including pictures from students from Hanoi High School for the Gifted - Amsterdam. We hope that the values of the Vietnamese Ao Dai will be preserved and spread among the community, like the messages that Amsers have sent through meaningful activities.
