With the consent, orientation and support from the family, Vu Quy encounter no problems in balancing between study and training time. Weekly, after finishing school, I spend time with my brother at Dong Da Taekwondo Club on Friday night and Sunday afternoon. On other evenings, my top priority is learning. If I have time, I put aside 2 - 3 hours to practice Chess.


During periods of heavy schooling, or close examination, important exams, he actively studies right in the classroom hours to arrange the most reasonable time for learning, training, fight contests, and rest.
