On March 26, 2012, the Hanoi-Amsterdam Youth Union and grade 10 classes organized a festive day of folklore performance overwhelmed with full of fun and colors.

On 26^th March every year, schools all over Vietnam immerse themselves in various Youth Union festivals and activities. This year, in celebrating the 81^st anniversary of the Youth Union (26/3/1931 – 26/3/2012), many schools had prepared special cultural programs and artistic performance, making the anniversary not just a formal commemoration but also a festive day for students to enjoy.

On this day, the Hanoi – Amsterdam High School was no exception to the pervasive festive spirit.  The Schoolk Youth Union and students from the 10^th grade had organized an impressive folklore performance program bringing us back to thousand years of origins of the Vietnamese culture, preserved and developed by countless generations of the Vietamese people. It also brought us enjoyable and relaxing moments before a new week full of hard work at school.

All the dance and singing performance by various student groups were well-prepared and artfully delivered. Tireless efforts after months of continuous practice and rehearsals finally paid off. See for yourself these remarkable performances captured by our photographers on that day:
