Exchange between FPT Corporation and Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted: Cooperation opportunity to promote the development of education and technology

On November 23, a meeting took place between teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School and one of the current leading universities in Vietnam - FPT Corporation. The conversation led to strategic cooperation opportunities in human  and technological development and valuable insights in the field of Education. Thereby, the meeting witnessed the presence of nearly 200 Amsers.

 

Teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted were honored to welcome Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - FPT Founding Board Member, Vice Chairman of FPT University Council, former student of Hanoi-Amsterdam High School for the Gifted; Mr. Chu Quang Huy - Human Resources Director of FPT Group and various  managers of FPT Group, member companies and FPT Education Division. The meeting commenced with a clip about Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted on the topic of "tradition and development" and “connection and cooperation”. Then, FPT Group presented their unique spirit, style and culture in their own short clip, giving everyone a glimpse into Vietnam's leading technology corporation of people with enthusiasm, drive, passion and creativity.

At the meeting, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien - FPT Founding Board Member, Vice Chairman of FPT University Council gave teachers and students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted a speech about the educational system of the leading technology corporation in Vietnam. He also expressed his desire to welcome the students at FPT University.

Additionally, the meeting was also an opportunity for the two parties - FPT Group and Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted - to build a cooperative relationship to promote the development of education and technology. Mr. Chu Quang Huy - Human Resources Director of FPT Group had a few words about potential cooperation opportunities in this cordial meeting.

Representatives of FPT Education also discussed educational collaboration programs and activities between FPT and Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted. Finally, the most engaging part of the meeting was probably the interaction between Amsers and Representatives from FPT Corporation. Students from Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted expressed their interest through surprising questions that evoked excitement for everyone present at the auditorium.

And especially, at this meeting, the representatives of FPT Group decided to give the students of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted an invaluable and meaningful gift in order to help them maintain and nurture their passion for scientific creativity, as well as win more awards and achievements in the future. This special gift comes in the form of 02 VEX V5 robots with a total value of up to 140 million VND.

To mark the occasion at this ceremony, Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted and FPT Group jointly presented souvenirs and took commemorative photos while basking in the spirit of connection and collaboration.

Hopefully, with the enthusiasm that Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Mr. Chu Quang Huy and representatives from FPT Group have brought to Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, the two parties will continue to see solid progress in partnership and build a truly effective Exchange - Cooperation - Development roadmap. Consequently, Hanoi - Amsterdam will be able to incorporate technological education into the activities of the school in general, and within the STEM development strategies in particular, more extensively. We also hope that this cordial meeting has helped students have a broader view regarding future technology and will keep nurturing their passion for science!
