CELEBRATING VIETNAMESE WOMEN'S DAY & HONORING TEACHERS AND SUPPORT STAFF WITH OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENTS

On October 21, Hanoi – Amsterdam High School commemorated the National Women’s Day and paid tribute to teachers/staff with honourable achievements in the academic year 2019-2020.

Articulating at the ceremony, teacher Trần Thùy Dương – the school principal expressed admiration for the fruitful accomplishments made by female personnel, extending her warmest congratulations. As proclaimed by her, they had contributed immensely to the school’s development. For this reason, the Principal held high hopes that in the near future, good indoctrination of political ideologies, expansive propaganda of the Party’s policies and national legislation to schoolers, as well as the assurance of staff’s political/educational abilities would continue to be guaranteed.

On behalf of the ensemble male teaching/support staff, Mr. Hồ Quốc Việt - the School Vice Principal sent the dearest wishes to his female employees and coworkers, at the same time putting emphasis on their exceptional dynamism, confidence, valiance and flexibility which were the primary attributions for the provincial/national/international prevalence of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School in terms of academic awards. Also, contributions made by female educators were of great importance to the fulfillment of the school year’s proposed missions.

At the ceremony, 54 teachers and support staff with superb achievements in the school year 2019-2020 received Certificates of Merit from the school.

Within the joyful spirit of the ceremony, to express deep compassion and solidarity, the School Managing Board, along with the Union Executive Committee, organised a fund-raising event for our Central region’s fellow-citizens - the poverty-stricken victims of natural disasters. The amount of money collected will be transferred to charity funds, and finally to the people in need.
